I usually recommend checking out a brunch place not far from my pad, but that didn’t work out today as it was impossible to make any reservations beforehand and walking over to attempt to get in was futile as we were told it was booked all day, despite the place being empty when we were there. Their loss. There are plenty of other amazing eateries to try. Instead we went for a brief sojourn and found a place facing the castle that served delicious crepes…so my visiting friend could experience crepes for the first time in France. Afterward, we walked back home via Le Hedas. Gorgeous!
Then I made a chess pie. Miam!
